Working out at your convenience
Getting fit in just 30 minutes per workout. Sounds pretty good, right? Circle-Fit Lelystad is open seven days a week. That means you can work out at your convenience. At Circle-Fit, you exercise using an intensive circuit training. Get in the Circle and alternate cardio and strength exercises on our 8 fitness machines.
We start with a comprehensive intake. This is very important. Here, we discuss your fitness goal and work through the circuit to determine your level. Next time you visit, all you have to do is check in with your wristband. You look at where your circuit starts and the fitness machine automatically sets itself up. From the seat height to levers and training level; all you have to do is sit down and perform the exercise. It doesn’t get much easier than that.
