What is circuit training good for?
Circuit training is a popular way to exercise. We at Circle-Fit don’t think that’s weird. There are people who go for a ‘leg day’ or ‘arm day’, focusing on training one specific muscle group. This not only takes a lot of time, but it often takes a few days before that muscle group gets attention again. That’s why circuit training is so popular. You train on different machines, addressing various muscle groups while simultaneously working on your endurance.
What circuit training is also good for and who this form of training is most interesting for, you can read here.
Your training has never been so effective
You exercise because you have a specific training goal. From traditional gyms, you are used to a training session taking quite a bit of time. Between each set and the different exercises, you have breaks. You do this to allow your body to recover and prepare for the next set. You can quickly spend an hour and a half.
We understand that we are all busy and often don't have the time to spend an hour and a half or two hours in the gym. Circuit training is more effective. Why? In circuit training, you perform multiple exercises in a row without a break. This way, you're satisfied and done in 30 minutes because you are simultaneously working on your endurance.
In the Circle-Fit circuit, all muscle groups are addressed. While one muscle group rests, the other can work hard. Circuit training is not only good for endurance, it strengthens different muscle groups. Believe us, at the end of the training, you will notice that you have trained your entire body. That's going to mean muscle soreness in the morning!
Who is circuit training interesting for?
For everyone! It doesn't matter how fit you are or how much experience you have. Especially an automated circuit, where the fitness machines adjust automatically, is interesting for everyone. Circuit training contributes to achieving various fitness goals. This way, you improve your condition and tackle different muscle groups.
Just like in any sport, the power lies in repetition. Do you only come once a week? Then you will see and notice results less quickly. Perform circuit training multiple times a week and you will notice that the repetitions become easier. Increase the challenge by moving up a level. That fitness goal has never been so close!
